GREEN WALLBOX Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, 30-551 Kraków, 3/24 Limanowskiego St., provides a quality guarantee for the car chargers (wallboxes) it sells.

GREEN WALLBOX Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością provides free shipment of the device (door - to - door) during the warranty period in order to repair it.

GREEN WALLBOX Limited Liability Company provides after the warranty period the possibility of repair against payment and shipment of the device (door - to - door).

In order to facilitate the realization of warranty rights, it is recommended to keep the original packaging in which the device was delivered.

The quality warranty covers defects in the operation of the device arising during the warranty period and caused by internal causes.

The warranty covers the entire device in the condition in which it was delivered.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors, in particular mechanical damage, the effects of incorrect or inconsistent installation, connection or use, including the effects of surges and lightning. The warranty does not cover aging of the device and loss of appearance, especially under the influence of weather conditions.

The loss of rights under the quality warranty occurs in the event of unauthorized disassembly of the device and as a result of self-repair, in particular as a result of opening or unsealing the housing.

GREEN WALLBOX Limited Liability Company guarantees the repair of the device and restoration of its efficient operation or replacement of the device with a defect-free one within 14 days from its receipt.

In order to take advantage of the warranty, you must notify GREEN WALLBOX Limited Liability Company by sending a message to the e-mail address info@greenwallbox.com and, in accordance with the instructions, send the device in the original packaging or packaging that ensures that the device is not damaged in transit.

Upon receipt of a claim, GREEN WALLBOX shall provide free courier service for the purpose of exercising warranty rights, and shall send the device after repair to the sender's address without charge. If the device is delivered by other means, delivery costs are not reimbursed.

To order a repair after the warranty period or to make a repair not covered by the warranty during the warranty period, notify GREEN WALLBOX by sending an email to info@greenwallbox.com and, in accordance with GREEN WALLBOX's instructions, send the device in its original packaging or packaging that ensures that the device is not damaged in transit.

Before making a chargeable repair, GREEN WALLBOX will determine the cost of the repair and will expect confirmation from the ordering party. In case of non-confirmation of the order, the device will be returned without charging any fees, including fees for the use of door - to - door service.

The warranty period is specified in months, years or months or years. The warranty period counts from the date of receipt of the equipment by the recipient and ends after the expiration of the corresponding number of months, years or months and years on the same day of the month in which the counting period began.

Notification of a defect to info@greenwallbox.com during the period of the quality warranty is sufficient to exercise the resulting rights independently.

The warranty period for vehicle chargers is specified in the sales document and is not less than 24 months.
